Centrafrique Pratique

About Centrafrique Pratique

The digital gateway to the Central African Republic

The project

Centrafrique Pratique is a bilingual (French and English) gateway connecting people, places and opportunities across the Central African Republic. It brings together in one place the country's territorial organisation — 7 regions, 20 prefectures, 85 sub-prefectures, their administrations and elected officials —, a verified directory of businesses, services and organisations attached to each territory, and reference sections on health, institutions and tourism.

The site is independent. It belongs to no administration and claims no official affiliation: it relies on cited public sources (decrees, the Constitution, the RGPH-4 census, Ministry of Health reports) and on information checked before publication.

Our vision

A country develops faster when information circulates: knowing which businesses, services and institutions exist in each prefecture, and how to reach them. Centrafrique Pratique is building that digital infrastructure layer for information, commerce, services and discovery in the Central African Republic — a structured, open, bilingual foundation that citizens, businesses, the diaspora, institutions and partners can build on.

The gateway is built territory by territory. Every listing published makes the next one more useful.

Partnerships

Institutions, NGOs, development programmes, economic operators, media: several forms of collaboration are possible.

  1. Listing your structures — your branches, centres, agencies or projects, attached to the right territories, with contact details. Free.
  2. Featured placement and visibility — priority placement in the directory and on territorial pages, a "Recommended" badge, presence on the homepage.
  3. Data and content — publication of territorial or sector data (health, education, infrastructure) with attribution, on reference pages.
  4. Strategic partnerships — co-development of features (service mapping, events, announcements), regional programmes, support for covering a region.
