Centrafrique Pratique is a trading name operated by SENIDUTI LLC. Bank charges relating to orders may appear under the descriptor « SENIDUTI ».

Access to this information is free, direct, permanent, and unrestricted.

The Site is neither an official service of the Government of the Central African Republic, nor affiliated with any public administration. It is an independent project presenting, for informational purposes, the territorial organization of the CAR along with related practical, cultural, and commercial content.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, maps, illustrations, page layouts, PDF guides, postcards, source code, and the "Centrafrique Pratique" visual identity — is protected by copyright and remains the property of the Site's publisher, unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the Site's content, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorization, except for:

Administrative data (regions, prefectures, sub-prefectures, populations) is drawn from public sources cited on the Site — notably Decree No. 24.149 of May 30, 2024 and the General Population and Housing Census (RGPH-4, ICASEES 2024). This raw data is not protected as such, but its compilation, structuring, and presentation on the Site are.

The base geographic boundaries (pre-2024 administrative limits) were digitized from reference maps published by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), licensed under CC BY-IGO — a license that permits commercial use and the creation of derivative works, subject to attribution: Base boundaries adapted from OCHA Central African Republic Common Operational Datasets, used under CC BY-IGO. From that base, the publisher had the new territorial structure (7 regions, 20 prefectures, 85 sub-prefectures) introduced by Decree No. 24.149 of May 30, 2024 rebuilt — a substantial transformation producing a legal geography distinct from the one published by OCHA. This new cartography, along with its compilation, structuring, and presentation on the Site, is the property of the publisher.

Products sold in the Shop (Practical Guide PDF, Postcard Collection) are licensed to the buyer for personal use upon purchase: their resale, redistribution, or reproduction for commercial purposes is prohibited without written agreement.

Any unauthorized use of the Site or any of its elements will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with applicable law.

4. Accuracy of Information & Limitation of Liability

The publisher strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible, citing its sources (ICASEES, official decrees, UNESCO, WHO, OCHA, etc.) and correcting reported errors within a reasonable timeframe. However:

Security disclaimer: the security situation in the Central African Republic can change rapidly and vary significantly by area. Before any travel, it is essential to consult the official travel advisories of your country of residence (for example, diplomatie.gouv.fr for France, travel.state.gov for the United States, or gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice for the United Kingdom).

An error-reporting form is available on the Site's administrative pages so users can flag any inaccuracy.

The publisher shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from access to the Site, its use, or the inability to access it, including in the event of interruption, suspension, malfunction, or malicious intrusion.

5. Online Sales — Shop & Directory

Shop being activated. The Site offers digital products through its Shop. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the official reseller (Merchant of Record) for the products sold — see 5.2 below. Separate Terms of Sale, already available to read, set out the full terms.

The Shop offers downloadable digital products (Practical Guide in PDF format, printable postcard collection).

5.1 Nature of the products

The products sold are digital content delivered immediately upon payment, with no physical medium. In accordance with applicable regulations in France and the European Union, a buyer who proceeds with immediate download of the product after payment expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal, and is informed of this before confirming any order.

5.2 Price and payment

Prices shown are in US dollars (USD), tax included where applicable. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, Inc., a Stripe company), which acts as the official reseller (Merchant of Record) for the digital products sold on the Site. As such, Lemon Squeezy — not SENIDUTI LLC — is the legal seller in the transaction, responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes (VAT, local sales tax); Lemon Squeezy's own terms of use also apply to the transaction.

5.3 Terms of Sale

Detailed Terms of Sale cover ordering, payment, digital delivery, warranty, and after-sales service.

5.4 Complaints and refunds

Any complaint relating to a purchased product (corrupted file, billing error, product not matching its description) may be sent to contact@seniduti.com within 14 days of purchase. This period is a goodwill service standard: it applies without prejudice to the statutory guarantees consumers hold under the mandatory law of their country of residence (in the European Union, notably the conformity guarantee for digital content under Directive (EU) 2019/770, of at least two years from supply). Claims based on those guarantees may be raised through the same channel.

5.5 Directory — Featured Listing

Basic registration in the Directory is free. The paid "Featured listing" option (annual subscription) is processed by Lemon Squeezy, under the same terms described in Article 5.2 above: Lemon Squeezy acts as the official reseller (Merchant of Record) for this subscription, is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes, and its own terms of use apply to the transaction.

It cannot, however, guarantee absolute availability or security, and shall not be held liable in the event of malicious intrusion, failure, maintenance, or temporary interruption of the Site.

Any attempt at unauthorized access, mass data extraction (scraping), or interference with the Site's proper functioning is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including under laws relating to computer fraud.

10. Applicable Law & Disputes
